Kuwait – Mubasher: National Industries Company’s (NIC) board said Tuesday it approved the resignation of General Manager Saud Abdulla Al-Farhan, who will leave his office on 31 July.
The resignation came on the back of personal issues, said the Kuwaiti multinational conglomerate said in a bourse filling.
NIC is capitalised at KWD 34.8 million, distributed across 348 million shares at 100 Kuwaiti fils par value each.
